Check-in & check-out
Check-in Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please give us a call. If you arrive at the weekend or on a public holiday, please contact us in advance, as reception is then only staffed until about 12:00 noon – arrival is nevertheless possible at any time of day. Check-out by 10:00 am.
Cancellation policy for direct bookings
Free cancellation until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Booking conditions
After the free cancellation period has expired, in the event of a no-show, or where free cancellation is not provided for, a cancellation fee of 80 % of the total booking price will be charged. The customer is free to prove that the hotel's claim has not arisen or has not arisen in the amount stated (see terms and conditions).
